Valances

Valances are a decorative window treatment for use in any type of decor. Valances can conceal the mounting hardware of a regular window panel. When used appropriately, valances can transform these panels into a much more impressive design piece. In addition to adding an element of congruence to the window frame, they are an excellent way to accentuate a room, due to the colorful nature of valances.

Welcome to our Custom Valance Department. You have the choice of using any of our 350 fabrics for any of our products, or if you prefer send in your own fabric (call for yardage requirements and pricing). You just won't find the options and quality of products available here at your local department store.

Please keep in mind that we are a home decor fabricator, an actual drapery workroom. There are many styles of custom drapes and valances we fabricate that we do not list on this website. If you have a certain style in mind, give us a quick call and we will let you know if we make it.

Tracy Valance

This valance can be adapted to fit any size window. It can be installed on knobs with post adapters or on a curtain rod with rings. This valance is also reversible. The decorative ties are optional. For a simple, clean look, the horns can be omitted. Click on the photo to see all the variations.

Missy Valance

This valance can be adapted to fit any size window and has 4 different variations:

Pointed bottom without a cuff
Pointed bottom with a pointed cuff
Rounded bottom with no cuff
Rounded bottom with rounded cuff.

It can be installed on knobs with post adapters or on a curtain rod with rings. This valance is also reversible. Trim can be added to the bottom of the cuff section, if desired. Click on the photo to see all the variations.

Ruth Valance

This valance can be adapted to fit any size window and comes with 4 different variations:

Pointed bottom without a cuff
Pointed bottom with a pointed cuff
Rounded bottom with no cuff
Rounded bottom with rounded cuff

It can be installed on knobs with post adapters or on a curtain rod with rings. This valance is also reversible. Trim can be added along the cuff edge, if desired. Click on the photo to see all the variations.

Abigail Valance

This fully lined and interlined, mock pleated balloon shade can be adapted to fit various window widths. We like to use a contrasting fabric for the pleat insert and piping. We recommend using decorative knobs with post adapters for installation. The ties can be omitted and the valance can be hung on a decorative curtain rod with rings, as well.

Pull Up Valance

This fully lined and interlined, arched valance with banding can be adapted to fit windows from 30” to 88” in width. Click on the photo to see all the variations.

Eleanor Valance

Haley Valance

This fully lined, valance trimmed with piping can be adapted to fit arch windows. This valance could be used on eyebrow and elliptical shaped windows also. It can even be hung straight across, if desired. The valance can be attached to the wall using knobs and post adapters. Click on the photo to see all the variations

Lace Up Valance

This fully lined and interlined, valance with mock pleats and lace-up ties can be adapted to fit any window width. The valance is attached to the wall using decorative knobs with post adapters to project the valance away from the wall. For a simpler look, the lace-up ties can be omitted. Emily Valance

This fully lined and interlined pointed valance can be adapted to fit any size window. Instructions are for a board mount with a skirted backdrop. However, it can be hung from a rod with rings. Click on the photo to see all the variations.
